Sony VPL-CX63 Projector is flickering after projector heats up. Whole image strobes. New lamp, and filters cleaned. Doesn't matter which input or input type is used.
Any thoughts???

You probably have to lower the resolution on your PC before you connect the projector. The frequense also can´t be to hight. Start with 800*600 at first then on increase if it works.
reset the settings to factory default and change your cable. if that doesn't help, the polarizer filter on the blue lcd panel is fried due to excessive dust and heat. the optical engine will need to be replaced.
does the "lamp/cover"-led light up? i had the same thing happening, the lamp either broke or is about to break and the projektor won't turn it on again to protect itself. if its very urgent, open the projector pull the lamp out and put it in again, it might work for 1 or 2 more times, but it is very likely to explode (usually not breaking the projector but for sure not good for it).
You need to clean the filter , the unit is shutting down so it doesnt over heat..look for online manual on how to remove filter and blow off dust.. Good Luck
