i drag and drop the video that i want in my zen files but then a screen pops up and says that the video is not supported by my zen...what does that mean and how do i get my videos on my zen???????

i can put the videos down on my list but when i go on to the mp4 player the video file is empty but if i go to the delet file on the onyx 2gb it shows up there... so it is there but its like it isn't??? i tryed everything!!! what am i to do, take it back?

As i know, most player support mp4 video now, you may convert your video to avi video for a try,

i dont know about other mp3 players, but with ipods, you cant put videos on it unless its an ipod with a camera. ive tried countless times, and they say its a copyright thing.

1. It could be the file format of the videos that you are trying to save into your MP3 player is not supported.
2. You have to make sure that you have enough memory space in your player. If the file size of the video is bigger than the free memory space, it will not allow you to transfer the video file.
You need to refer to the user manual to see what are the file format that the MP3 could support and how are you going to check the available memory space
