first reset the phone and try to connect again.

If it connects,you can use this step to,But if it doesn't connect that means the blue tooth is corrupted and will need to be flash to restore back blue tooth.

I found A PC blue tooth at wallmart for less that 20 bucks, transfers pics audio everything on all my cells. plugs into usb port all you have to do is install disc from blue tooth, make blue tooth on and visible on cell phone then pair them code 0000
