Alarm and Data lights on together is from low toner. If shaking of the toner cartridge is not helping, change the toner.
Drum light is usually on because of the print counter. If the print quality goes really bad, change the drum and reset the counter by holding the front button wile the front cover is open till all lights come on. Release the button and close the cover.
If just Data light is on, check the print ques, some jobs might got stuck there.

Drum, alarm, and data lights on--won't prnt

This unit might need resetting!

Here's how..

There's two ways to reset it

First: Soft Reset
1. Open front cover.
2. Hold down button located under LED's until all LED's are lit.
3. Release button and make sure drum LED is off, then
4. Close cover

Second: Factory Reset
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Hold in the circular button on the front panel of the printer.
3. Turn the printer back on.
4. When the DRUM light is lit by itself let go of the button.
5. Hold in the circular button on the front panel again.
6. Once the Alarm light comes on, let go of the button.
This will perform a factory reset on the printer.

I hope that's everything you want.

My drum light and the ready alarm and data lights are all flashing and I just put a new drum in and the lights are still flashing and it is not printing.

Follow the link below to see what the light flashing mean.

Drum light, alarm light and data light stays on. Does this indicate that the drum and toner need to be replaced?

Yes, drum light means drum is nearly used up, and alarm plus data means the toner is almost gone.

All lights are flashing not printing

Might have a paper jam in area of toner and drum cartridge that may need to be removed. Typically this will solve the issue.

Printer Problems

Hi, it sounds like you need to change the drum. If you are using the High Yield TN660 toner is your printer, then the drum needs changing every 3-4 toners. If using the low yield TN6300 toner then your drum needs to be replaced every 6-7 toners. Hope this helps

Printer won't print

According to the operation manual: If alarm light and data light blink every 5 seconds- TONER LOW (purchase more toner and have it ready when the 'toner empty' is indicated). If alarm light and data light stay lit- TONER EMPTY (replace toner cartrige with new one).
