Hello i have a Hazel Mobile (j20i) could someone answer the following questions 1- why can't i use the zoom property in the camera in 5 or 3 or 1 MP but i can use it in VGA shooting and also in the video but in the MP i can't zoom? 2- i find that all the pics i take always get saved in the memory card, and i can'r make achoice between phone or memory card can someone tell me why? 3- when someone is calling me,i always find this message appear to me "Ciphering n't provided by operator,insecure transmission" can someone explain it to me ?

this happens wen u have an old sim card, try 2 get a new sim card with the same number.

but save the contacts b4 hand, coz u have 2 save them on ur new sim card, and dont worry uur balance will be carried forward.

1: Remove you memory card from cell phone.
2: Insert you memory card into cell phone.
3: Restart you cell phone

Whenever a call gets connected I get a message that "cipering not provided by operator . insecure connection." what do you mean this warning text message . how to get over with this problem

There are two things that you can try and one of this definetely works out ,and the main reason beehind ciphering is old sim cards .
1) Try removing your sim and inserting it again ,check if the problem is resolved.
2)If the problem still persists, go to the customer care center of your operator and demand for a new sim in place of your old sim ,you should get it for free.
