If you are experiencing issues with your Canon IR3300 printer when trying to print in Xerox print processing mode, but it's working fine in regular print mode, there could be a few possible causes. Here are a few things you can check:
Check the printer driver: Make sure that the correct printer driver is installed and that it is compatible with the Xerox print processing software. If the driver is not compatible, the printer may not function properly in Xerox print processing mode.
Check the network connection: Make sure that the printer is properly connected to the network and that it can communicate with the Xerox print processing software.
Check the print settings: Make sure that the print settings are correctly configured for Xerox print processing mode. This includes the resolution, color mode, paper size, etc.
Check the Xerox software: Make sure that the Xerox software is compatible with your computer's operating system and that it is properly installed and configured.
Check the firmware: check if your printer's firmware is up to date.
Check the paper size and tray: Make sure that the paper size and tray are correctly configured for Xerox print processing mode.

More information is required like are you using windows 7 or windows 8. Suspect you may have wrong PCL driver. PCL. Press additional functions on printer keypad. Press report settings on LCD screen. Press Printer on lcd screen then press configuration and press yes to printing configuration page. Look at the configuration printout to see if you can find the language the printer is using is it PCL3 ,PCL6, PCL5E, PS3 .. This has to match the driver you are using ! All these drivers are available to download from Cannon but finding the matching driver can be done via trial and error but the configuration page is easier and less painful. A mismatched driver to printer is possibly the cause of the extra page print.
Hi, Did you try to print test page from driver properties on PC? Did it came out OK? If yes then you have problems with document that you are trying to print.
Also it can be that you have wrong paper size set in cassete or in printer drivers.
First make sure a tech's installed the Canon Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit for the IR3300 (includes network kit and BOOT-ROM).
When you press the counter check button do you see IR3300(IR2200N)? If not then you don't have the printer kit installed.
If you have the print kit installed, the print drivers can be downloaded from the Canon website. You'll need to have your copier on your network.
You could then setup a local printer using a tcp/ip port (assign your copier a static IP address) on your server and then share it on your network.
For that it should have a network adaptor, if that is availabe just feed an ip-address in machines, and connect with your workstation and installed the driver of printer.
How are you trying to print? You need N boot rom. Press Counter Check. Do you see IR3300(IR2200N) or IR3300(IR2200). If you see the N then you should be able to print with it. If not, you can't.
In Service Mode (to get into this press Additional Functions (button with * on it) > 2 then 8 > Additional Functions) go to Copier > Display > Version. What do you see for BOOT-ROM (does it have a N at the end?). For PS/PCL what do you see?
If your BOOT-ROM is N and you don't have a number for PS/PCL then call a technician to install networked system software.
If BOOT-ROM is not N, buy a Network Multi-PDL Kit C1 and get a technician to install it and load N system software.
If BOOT-ROM is N and you have number for PS/PCL check your IP settings. Make sure that DHCP is turned off. Set up your printer using an IP port with the static IP address assigned to the copier.
Use PCL5e or PS drivers, don't use PCL6.
I had a similar problem with my MF6540. I could access the remote UI and see that the printer was recieving information via the print log. It would list all of my test pages that I tried to print but in the print results column I would get an error code NG(##5536) and the printer would not actually print anything. I tried the UFRII driver stated above and everything seems to be working now.
