I was using a P103, 18V battery with my paint sprayer. I got paint on the battery. I washed it off. Several times afterwards the charger indicated defective. Later it would charge to completion in a minute, but still not work. Can it be fixed?

Instructions for earlex 120 sprayer

http://www.manualslib.com/manual/388222/Earlex-Ags120.html
there is your link for your spray gun in general every time you use any spray gun it needs to be cleaned run solvent through it to clean it -water for latex, paint thinner for oils remove the tip housing take out the fluid needle clean it every time so it looks like new.
As for thinning stay around 15% in general latex paint does not atomize well so I tend to stay away from latex on metal parts or like a small box and so on however yes we use latex on homes but an airless sprayer is used you basically have a style of "cupgun" thats for detail work... Does a Wagner Paint Crew sprayer take lubricant?

The Wagner Paint Crew airless sprayer does not require oil for its operation like full professional sprayers. The piston is off-set from the pump chamber with the inlet and outlet valves opposite each other, however you need to protect the parts from corrosion between use and Wagner recommend running some light oil through it after cleaning. If you will be using it in a day or so for water based paint, you could run a 10% solution of their EasyGlide through it.

How to fix faded paint rubing compound ??

Not sure if you have faded paint or a combination of really dirty paint and your "clear coat" is starting fail- first off wash your car and never use household soap (it has a "degreaser" in it that will attack clear coat causing coating failure) then ya after washing use rubbing compound then use or try colored car wax, then perma plate by either Dupont or simonize

Graco magnum paint sprayer won't prime

Airless won't prime- I always start trouble shooting an Airless that won't build/hold pressure look at sump hose inlet filter (the hose that goes into the paint if its got paint debris on it clean off filter and pour the paint thru a strainer bag into a clean 5 gal bucket-also remove the filter housing on the spayer and clean and flush and replace filter and housing- the shaft or the metal sleave has two ball bearings called "check balls" that maybe stuck turn on sprayer and put a piece of wood on shaft and give it a few good taps this will knock the check balls loose if after all this fails then you need to have new packings put in becuase the old ones are worn this is pretty easy to see because the rod the compresses the paint will have signs of paint on it indicating that the packings are worn.. Note keep rod and other moving parts oiled ith graco throat seal and finally Graco sprayers with the X on them are there (Graco) home owner line of sprayers that sell at home depot they are rated for only a certain amount of Gal per year keep it in good condition and cleaned store with coro-check inside of the pump when you are done using it.....

I just received reconditioned P631K. It does not **** up the liquid. Any help would be appreciated.

Try adding a little water to the paint. I've found that works well with air powered sprayers.

Kirby paint sprayer attachment

HERE is the manual, just instead of shampoo use water-based paint and do nut put that nozzle on the sprayer. WASH IT WELL after you use it. Honestly - you better off buying a spray can. Painting with Kirby - MESSY. May sound strange from someone who makes living selling Kirby stuff but I just hate salespeople making it sound as if Kirby vacuum is ONLY appliance that you ever need to buy...

Sprayer tips

Read and FOLLOW EXACTLY the spray material directions for mixing and use. Wear protective clothing including gloves and eye protection when spraying. Do not smoke, eat or drink when spraying; "wash up" afterwards. Spray on a calm day. Otherwise, winds may blow spray material off target. It's often best to spray in the early morning or late afternoon so excessive heat won't quickly evaporate the spray material. Follow the directions for use and maintenance that come with your applicator. Dispose of left over spray material and clean your applicator according to the directions on the spray material and with the applicator. Keep spray materials and applicator away from children and pets. Do not store spray materials in any but the original container in which they were purchased.
