When you select this,It will ask for security code.The default security code for nokia mobile is 12345.If you have changed the security code then type that code.

Steps to Reset Settings
This resets the phone to factory default settings.

  1. With the flip open, press the OK key [Menu].
  2. Press 9 or Settings & Tools.
  3. Press 6 or Phone Settings.
  4. Press 7 or Security.
  5. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  6. Press 5 or Reset Default.
  7. Press OK after reading the warning message.

That password is set by the manufacturer so you didn't set it up and wouldn't know it. Try one of the following and if none works you can try contacting your service provider or phone seller and ask them for a password:
