For ventilate:
When it says to ventilate, it is asking you to prime the pump. Put acup under the panarello wand ( the steamer/frother) to catch thedischarged water and press the hot water button (upper left button onmy machine). Wait until air stops coming out with the water, usually3-5 ounces, and then press the hot water button again.

You machine is now ventilated (primed) and should be ready to go.

For decalcify:

Hi,

Try to make a cup of water ( like you do tea), if it not work then you have to replace the magnetic valve inside the machine

SOURCE: Trevi Spidem Espresso Machine that leaks

remove the brew unit and look at the white valve behind it, below that valve there is a small chamber which is probably filled with coffee grounds and water, clean chamber and below chamber is a small discharge hole that leads into the draintray, make sure it is clear.

Hi
There is a water button you need to push. It has a water drop on it. This will clear the ventilate message.

What shall i do machine shows decalcify Ventilate?

Decalcify means that there's calcium buildup inside the coffee maker. You can buy stuff to put through it, but white vinegar works about as well. Fill the reservoir with vinegar, and start the coffee maker. You may need to run it more than once.
after it's run through, run 2 or 3 pots of clear water before you try to actually make coffee.

How to decalcify and ventilate the machine

Use diluted CLR to remove calcium, and then fill the water reservoir with vinegar, let this sit for a couple hours and then run the machine. Immediately run it again with water. Let it sit and dry for a couple hours and run water through it a final time before making coffee.

Stuck on ventilate

Try this, open steam wand, if it calls for ventilate pusi in steam knob, if that works then the tap rod on the steam valve needs to be replaced. To me it sounds like the machine is building up pressure and the discharge is not releasing through the water circuit.

Machine doesnt produce coffee

Try this, your machine has a manual/coffee grounds input, press the button for that option and see if water flows from the coffee spouts, if yes then adjust the grind on the grinder to coarser, if it gives you a ventilate error, then one of the lines to the brew unit is blocked, nd you will have to run the descale again or open machine and find blocked line and clear.
