Yes, you have chance. Sam has explained in details about the precautions. Also FileRetrieveal is also a free option (able to retrieve music, audio, video, photo files and more.) Best regards and good luck.
Hi, habeo
Sorry for a late reply and thanks for coming to Fixya. In your case it is definitely possible to recover such kind of files deleted from your Sony recorder.
Then connect your Sony recorder to a PC with a recovery program installed. Photo Recovery Software (also recover Voice memos, audio and video files) is right what you need to use if you are running Windows. If you are Mac OS X users, turn to Data Recovery for Mac.
But you should remember - the more you use your recorder, the less likely you may be able to recover the deleted files back! So STOP using the device ASAP. Regards
OK! Act carefully to restore them all back:
1
Do not save anything new on
this recorder in case that anything new on it would rewrite your deleted files.
2
Insert this recorder to your
computer.
3.
Download a recorder data recovery freeware to your computer and restore all
your deleted files back successfully as soon as possible:

4.
Save and back up restored files
on another memory card or hard drive in case of data recovery failure.
Next time, you should never be so careless
to delete anything important and always remember back up it well.

You may try asoftech data recovery which helped me before. You can download trial for free

Please be noted that your voice recorder should show as a drive letter in your computer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.
