You don't need any special software.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo management program such as Picasa.

Easiest way...forget the cord. Use a card reader to download your pictures to a folder you create on your desktop.

My camera won't save to mass storage

Are you sure it's an SD card? If it's larger than 2GB then it's actually an SDHC card and won't work in the A300.

I just puchases the a 300 it says optional for the memory card however I'm unable to take photos without the memory card what should i do?

Take it back to the store and get another camera but not this one - it has many hardware issues from the time it was released for sale. Read the comments: http://www.amazon.com/Polaroid-A300-3-2MP-Digital-Camera/dp/B000FW2I5S

I have a Polaroid i633 and I cannot upload any pictures off of it. how is it done?

If the camera came with a USB cable, connect it to your computer. If you are running windows XP or later, it should install itself. Wait for it to install, then go look at you drives, it should show up as a drive.

"No Image" when trying to review pics

Can you get the card to someone who has a card reader to check it out? Or take the card to your local digital photo processor? Lets come back to the Computer. 1st remove any Polaroid software you may have installed. Then plug the camera in- does a new drive come up in my computer? If yes- can you open it and find a DCIM folder? if Yes Go to www.konvar. and download PC Inspector. This program will find all images on the card if there are any. So det the card checked to see if that is a fault then if it is buy a new card. If the card is not at fault Go the the Polaroid Tech Support Team[You could do this any way to save time]
