If you replace just the fl231 it will blow again. You will need to replace the FL231,DL231 and CP230. You can get the parts at the following link with free instructions with pictures total cost is about 26.00. Its listed under the RCA repair kits as the ITC222 & ITC222A convergence option missing repair kit. Its available at www.tvrepairworld.com
Not totally. It could be the switch but I'd look at the motor first. Disconnect the motor and running with battery voltage. If it still runs slow it's the motor. Becareful with the switch it looks like a static sensitive switch and needs to be worked on at a static free work station. The motor part # is 492829-00 Cost $92.72 The switch is 368832-09 $ 48.91 . Those are suggested list prices may vary! Good luck!
The 850SB is a lead-free hydrant and the 850SB repair kit maintains that lead-free build.
The two repair kits are identical beyond that lead-free status. If you have the 850 hydrant, the 850 repair kit will be fine. Since the rest of the hydrant may contain lead, there is no advantage to using the lead-free parts. (If you live in California, you may need to get the 850SB kit. The rules for products with lead in California are a bit different than those in other places. So the company only sells the lead-free model there.)
Best to get a local bike shop to do it. It you are determined to do it your self look for a tyre repair tool kit that has (tire irons) About 6 to 8 inch long tools with a kind of flat tea spoon on each end yo need at least 2. The kit usually has a generic instruction sheet on how to change the tyre in varying versions of Chin-lish. It is very easy to pinch the inner tube when you use screw drivers.
You can get the repair kit which has the capacitors you need plus a cd with the repair instructions and full service manual at the following link for 35.00 with free shipping. Your model is the V19 but the V21 is the same kit you need as the V19, 20 and V21 are the same DMs Just click on the repair kit catagory and you will see the V21 DM repair kit. and if you leave them a message they will include the info for the WS55859 on the CD.Heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
