Hi. It has silicone oil in it. To tolerate diving to that depth the watch is capable. It is normal, but if the silicone has to be completed if some leaked. Take it to the repair service. Best regards!!!!!!
Sometimes the crown is screwed in to help keep it water tight. Turn the stem anti-clockwise to see if it will release "give several turns" if that fails return it for exchange.
Sorry, not real familiar with TechnoMarine but they do have a customer service email that you can contact them at. Best regards: http://www.technomarine.com/
Hello,
What is the reference of the watch?
On the Cruise collection, the process is very simple:
1.(To
remove band) Squeeze the easy release spring bar to one side until it detaches
from the watch case completely, do the same for both bands. 2.(To
attach new band) Take the straps that you want to put on and squeeze the easy
release spring bar with your (nail or screwdriver) and insert into little
groove, it should snap right into place 3.Do
the same for other band
Sounds like the main drive is not "engaged" or you are in "stop watch" mode. Check to make sure you are in the correct mode. Then check to see if you can change the hour/minute hands. Reset the time and re-engage. See if that corrects the problem. (You've probably have done this already)
The watch has a 2 year warentee plus because it's water resistant down to 330 feet, I would take it back or to an authorized dealer to have it repaired. Other wise you stand the chance of damaging as really nice watch. And while you are there have them explain all the features. Really is a nice watch.
