Try doing a reset. The reset hole is on the bottom of the TT 910. Use a paperclip to do the reset. Gently push the paperclip into the hole until you feel a click the hold it for 30 seconds. That should do the trick, unless the unit is not actually charging. The green light will come on but not charge because of a bad connection on the motherboard on the negative side.
It sounds like you need to do a rest. There is a tiny hole next to the little copper fingers (where you plug it in). Stick the tip of a paperclip in this hole & push. This will rest it. I have the 910 also & I have to do this quite often. If this helps you plz rate this as 'fixya'. If you need more help leave a comment & I'll be happy to help. Thank you kindly.
The reset button is located on the backside to the right of the connector. Use a straightened paper clip to press in the reset button. the button is difficult to see but it you look into the area where the window mount is and actually just to the right of the copper connector and a little higher that's where the button is located. Good luck
there is a little push button on the back. use a niddle and push that down at the same time hold the power button. you will hear the unit turning on itself and then it should work fine
