Problem started with error code sd. Towel load wet, no spin. Tried to run load again on cold, washer filled to top of tub. Stopped, tried to empty water, took out towels after error code LD. Still full of water
Any suggestions for getting water out? Washer under warranty, tech coming soon.
Problem started when washer started itself up twice in the middle of the night....after that the washer seems to have problems figuring out what it wants to do...when running a wash it will start, run for 2 minutes then start scanning numbers...it does not land on a code...it will spin, stop, start...sears has replaced the mother board 3 times....and we will be phoning them again as it has not fixed the problem..one other time it did not spin properly and clothes were wet...we have a dedicated surge protector on it...we have had our electrical checked and no problems there...sears confirmed that as well..the techs have given up on it and don't know what to do with anymore...it is still under warranty and now costing sears more to service it then replace it....time for them to do the right thing and "take it back"...very disappointed in this washer...wish me luck when i call them again...they must be sick of hearing from me....lol

To anyone who cares, I have the Oasis HE Elite and a similar situation. My 13 year old son washed a load and soon after the washer would not spin. I had a few error codes, F1 and Sd or 5d as the washer displays. Couldn't figure out the issue as the washer would mostly wash but stop at the spin cycle and the load was wet, so I called Sears. For $68 they came out, ran diagnostics, initially the tech thought it needed a part so he went to his truck and realized he didn't have it. Called a partner who told him he had seen that problem before...an item of clothing may have somehow gotten in between the washer basket and the inside of the washer. As luck would have it, he removed the lid and my sons gym shorts were nicely tucked in between looking quite icky I might add. He used my clothes hanger to remove them, then closed the lid and ran a test cycle and sure enough, we were back in business...for a total of $118 for his time and service call. I'm just happy to have clean clothes again!
