Just hold the power button on jabra and dont realese till it stays on one colour or starts to flash diffrent colours then search on your phone blutooth and enter 0000 for passcode and your paired.
Be sure the the headset or car kit in in 'Pairing' mode. When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999
Booklet instructions for how to pair it with a new device are wrong. It tells you holding the power button will put it into pairing mode but it does not.
Pairing mode is done by turning off the ear piece, then holding both power and answer/hangup at the same time. The LED should flash fast 3 or 4 times and then stay on solid. You might need to hold just power till the very first flash THEN begin holding answer/hangup as well as power till the LED goes constant. I’ve also had luck when frustrated by just holding all 4 buttons at once.
hold down the button till the light turns solid blue, then let the phone already in bluetooth mode find the jabra, it will ask for a password, enter 0000
I also have 2 sp700s. They worked fine for a while but now are very finicky. One of the problems is that the phone will sometimes say it is paired but the Jabra will not. I have found I can get them to pair correctly, if I disconnect the charger cable, so the SP700 is running on its battery, and then pair the phone. It will pair and work fine for a while after that. Repeat as necessary. I suspect this is not your problem, but perhaps my work-around will help others.
