BD detection PCB failure
The BD detection PCB is faulty.
- Check the connector of the BD detection PCB.
- Replace the laser scanner unit.
- Replace the DC controller PCB

A E100 is the laser shutter is not opening. There is a spring that most likely came off. It is actuated by the door closing. You may have to get a service rep. to repair it for you..
