I have a Dell 3400MP Projector. When I plug it into my Dell Latitude D810, the screen size expands from 100% to 6400%. Not sure what is this causing this?

This is because the screen resolution on the laptop is much higher than the maximum supported by the projector. Try dropping your screen resolution on the laptop to 800 x 600 before plugging in the projector

Internal audio was not working properly.
