Nokia 3120 Caller ID Display

I`ve recently started a new job & have been issued with a nokia 3120. At first the phone displayed caller id when receiving a call, but now the display just displays "call" with no name or number displayed even though they are saved in my contacts.

can u give a settings about gprs of my smart prepaid #09094995993

    I have nokia 3120 their is a display light problem. DIsplay is working but Display light is not working

Please call your phones service provider, they may charge for this service. Just because the phone is capable of caller ID function doesn't mean it is a free service.

this works on nokia and most phones are around the same format,go to menu open,scroll to settings open,scroll to call,open,scroll to send my caller id ,open and change to send my caller i.d.all done ,regards terry p.s usually three settings on off and set by network. if only only two, use the set by network one .

In some instances the caller might have caller-id blocked or a *67 manaul caller id block.

You are correct if you have a duplicate contact entry it does not show the name of the caller incoming.

I have a Nokia e71, and everytime I call someone the caller ID on the person's phone says "private caller". How can I change this?
Telephone settings
Select Menu > Tools > Settings > Phone.
Select from the following:
• Call — Define general call settings.

Call settings
To display your phone number to the person you are
calling, select Call > Send my caller ID > Yes. To let
the network determine whether your caller ID is sent,
select Set by network.

Uniden CXA15198 not showing caller id
Hi! There is a small device available in the market which is a converter. By connecting this between landline and phone, caller ID start display simply.

It cost to me Rs.450/- made by Fintel. Try to get it cheaper at your place.

Try this and the problem is solved.
