Verizon has discontinued the Rogue. I loved it, at first, and I have grown to dislike it. It has lots of issues with sync-ing - blue tooth & USB connections. I have had trouble with mine charging from time to time as well. I had to have it replaced the first month I had it because touch screen stopped working. What I have found through trial & error - the best thing to do is to turn it off, slide off the back, remove battery for a few minutes and then put it back in (kind of like a control alt delete on a computer) - if it freezes up on you - try that. The other thing I was just told by a rep last week @ store is to charge it from wall, when possible, not through car charger or plugging it into usb on a computer(computer doesnt recognize it anyway - so that is really the only purpose of the USB port built into the charger) - I believe the Omnia is the replacement version that Verizon is offering in place of the Rogue. I think there is a strong argument to make with Verizon that they should HAVE TO replace your phone at NO COST because the Rogue is discontinued & the sold you a phone with KNOWN compatibility issues with Windows 7. - Whatever phone they do give you - they can sync the information onto the other phone without even looking at it & can delete all your personal information off of the Rogue. I watched them do it when they replaced my Rogue & she didnt even see the information that was transferred - so if its privacy concerns - you do not need to worry. I would love to hear how you make out - as I am fairly irritated with the USB/photo/non compatibility issue & intend to make the same argument in the very near future.
