Call sears 1-800-659-7026 for recall information. Might be the circuit board issue...
had the same problem here. I had to remove unplug and replug the logic module (located inside the display panel - google it) and that removed the F1 code error. Then I noticed that the machines was always giving me the UL code with even nothing in the machine. I found that it had water accumulated in the top and bottom plastic rims of the drum. I drilled a few holes in the top and bottom plastic rims (inside and outside) and drained a lot of water. Then I sealed them with silicone. That took out the problem of unbalanced loads. That saved me probably more than $500 and only took me less than 1 hour to do.
@jaimeabreu is your washer still working and not going off balance since you drilled holes n then sealed them back up?
jaimeabreu could you elaborate a little with a picture or a youtube video of how you fixed the problem Id like to try it also... Called a bunch of friends who were glad to help but could not repeat your results without a better description of you process... please help. Not enough information is worse than none... glad your problem is fixed though.

If the washer is shaking and actually going out of balance and generating the UL error and the drum is empty the most likely cause of this problem is something under the spin basket.Clothes can end up under the spin basket and cause it to turn crocked and cause the out of balance. First I'd recommend removing the spin basket and check under it for any clothing or other obstruction that might cause the out of balance. Here is a diagram of how to Check.. Click Here
