I have a C4280 purchased in the States, i am now in the UK, and have purchased a 350XL which says it fits this printer, but on fitting it the printer is saying its a imcompatible print cartridge. Why it this if the cartridge is a real HP cartridge and says it fits. ????

How big is the piece? Are there any things missing off the printer near the card reader slot?

each printer has ink cartridges that fit in it, there is a number on the ink cartirdge. dont try to use a different numbered cartridge than what is supposed to be used in that machine

Negative, but you may want to think about refilling your HP74/75 ink cartridges for your HP PS C4280 printer....it's actually quite affordable.

It not supported ink cartridge so u can batter buy new hp ink cartridge.

Call UK Tech Support at this number: 0844 369 0369 You will need to talk to tech support there to have them set your printer to UK standards and to allow for the use of a different cartridge number needed for the printer. The c4280 over in UK uses cartridges number 350 and 351 compared to the US numbers of 74 and 75.

kindly check the number of your cartridge and see if that cartridge is the one match to the cartridge required in your printer. What's the last thing u do before the error pop up?
