Ok please let me know what country the phone is used in like is it on uk orange i need to know this as the codes are different depending on country ok.
So as soon as i have this info i can get the code and tell you how to do this ok

    Hi sorry mate only just got your reply here is the info you need try entering the codes with no sim card in the phone.
    Code 7 should unlock all sim locks if not then try code 1
    THE CODES ARE AT BOTTOM OF THIS POST
    follow instructions carefully ok
    Every
    code unlocks a certain lock. Code number 7 usually unlocks them all but
    some phones are 'buggy' and will not accept code 7 at first then use
    code 1.



    Usually you only have to use code 1 or code 7.

    1. Press ( # ) on your phone

    2. To get ( p ) press ( * ) 3 times within 1sec

    3. To get ( w ) press ( * ) 4 times within 1sec

    4. To get ( + ) press ( * ) 2 times within1sec

    5. Enter the 15 digit code

    6. To get ( + ) press ( * ) 2 times within 1sec

    7. Enter code number

    8. Press ( # ) on your phone




    Now your phone is unlocked!

    The best and cheapest way is taking it to smaller phone shop like market stall or similar these tend to charge alot less than other bigger shops.
    The only reason the code wouldnt work would depend on the software on the phone and also if it has been tried before
    Sorry the codes didtn work but the shop should do it for a small fee
