Hello there,
First of all, try to get an anti virus on the system, try to download avg 2011 antivirus on your laptop, once the file is containing virus, it will notify you.
Next, tune up can be done as often as you wish to tune up your system, like 1 week to 2 weeks to 1 month to as long as you want.
You can get an external hard disk to transfer files from your laptop to. So as to free the space in the hard disk on your laptop.
All the best

Japanese market orientated products are not compatible to USA FM tuning frequencies and the Dvd regions are different to. In short, you will not be able to tune in to a station or play a dvd disk unless the disk is all region.
You don't need a usb port for mp3 playback, simply burn some mp3 files to a cd - not like an audio cd but a data cd (drag and, drop and burn the same way you would burn pitures to a disk) you will find that you can fit 5-10 whole albums on one disk. Enjoy & good luck.
DO A TUNE UP AT 30000 MILES. BACK IN 80S AND EARLY 90S YOU DONT HAVE 100000 MILES PLATINUM PLUGS AND 100000 MILES DEX COOL ORANGE ANTI FREEZE. THE GREEN. ETHYLENE GLYCOL ANTI FREEZE HAD TO BE CHANGE EVERY TWO YEARS. SOME OF THE 91 CARS HAD DISTRIBUTOR CAPS AND ROTORS DONT LAST LONG LIKE THE DISTRIBUTORLESS IGNITION SYSTEM. THATS WHY YOU HAD TO DO A COMPLETE TUNE UP AT 30000 MILES.
If you are viewing/listening on line and it does that but not when you play a DVD or tune from a disk, you have a slow internet connection problem. If it does it when playing a Video/Tune from a disk, download a newer audio driver from your manufacturers web site after downloading the latest Windows update. Hope that helps.
you will have to use component cables with rca's
from xbox plug to rca to plasmas component input
use your plasmas remote to locate a channel to tune int channel o your xbox, when you turn on xbox the start screen should show, dont need a disk for tuning just playing
this could be a help to you, first off most, cds, and memory disk, get scratched or worn out, that causes errors or corrupt file readings. so thats why it asked you to format, formating helps clean the drive up,like a tune up on and old car.and if you dont and try to put high grade gas in before the tune up your still going to have the same problem,so in saying you have to put the old one back in,format it. and then put the new one in after you completed formating the old one.good luck, hope that helped you.
