It acts as if it has no power dont no how to fix this what may be the problem

A new camera should not need to be "fixed"....take it back.

Try tightening the hose, if that doesn't work degas the marker and take that fitting off and add 1 or 2 layers of Teflon tape and then reattach the fitting. Make sure to not cross-thread the fitting.

For this problem what is your first step to correct it is to reset and reconfigure the router , to reset the router using a pen or paper click press and hold the reset button of it on the back panel for 20 seconds while power is ON and then after that release the reset button and power OFF and power ON the router and reconfigure it back and observe if that corrects the problem.

That or the torque converter.

I would check the valve seals

I know it might sound funny, but jump it. I have found if they dont get enough power won't start. they can turn over but dont start...
