Since 12 Aug - All Showtime & ART chanels does not appear , I went and update the softwear and it was fine for one day and again the chaneels gone since 15 Aug . What I have to do???

i found that showtime and jazeara sports channels stopped but (art) still working without internet >>> iwant 2 upgrade them but i found that no update and not working >>>then i made what the guest told us to do that we press (red+green +0zero)buttons i found that ip addres changes 2 be 192.168.000.50
the last ip was 192,168.001.003 and was working
can u tell me what i do

I would just like an explanation on how does the HBS menue work, the ip's and dns names? are those some ip's and names of some servers sending out chan. codes? where can i get a list? should i edit it manually? from where does it update the software? because that has stopped as well?
