I've been trying to find an answer to this, I want to take mine apart. I just chatted with fisher price customer service, they said "once the piano snaps into place it can not be removed. It's a one time assembly." Not very helpful if you ask me.
Hi, we have exactly the same problem with our baby piano. The sun, hands and music note not moving or doing anything it suppose to do. Did you manage to get it fixed?
No sound when baby steps on the keys (with high volume setting) You have used alkaline batteries You have tried replacing your betteries Tried sliding the power and volume switch off and then back on
If you answer yes for all above then it is time to call Fisher price and ask for replacements.
Remove all the screws from the back, then feel for two dimples under the paper near the down arrow buttons on the top. When all 17 screws are removed the top and bottom will slide apart.
