I have the Lifecore Fitness T900HR treadmill and when my husband is running it stops. We have made sure all the connections are tight even the safety key but it still stops. When I am using the treadmill walking it does not stop with me. When is stops with him, he gets and Error 1 message. I looked in the owners manual and there is not information on error messages.

Their might be high friction between the belt and deck thus causing the error 1 code when your husband is on it. Try lubricating the area between belt and deck using silicone lubricant ( refer to owners manual). Then the lighter of the two "aka wife" walk on the treadmill for about 5 to 10 minutes.
This should take care of the problem if not then their is an issue with the belt and deck ( 85% of problems on treadmills are belt and deck related)

Is a manual for lifecore r900 available to download?

I'm sorry, but I don't have access to specific product manuals or the ability to browse the internet. However, you can typically find product manuals for various equipment, including the Lifecore R900, on the manufacturer's website. I recommend visiting the official Lifecore Fitness website and looking for a "Support" or "Downloads" section. There, you may find user manuals, assembly instructions, or other relevant documentation for your specific product.
If you're unable to find the manual on the manufacturer's website, you can also try reaching out to Lifecore Fitness directly through their customer support channels. They should be able to assist you in obtaining a digital copy of the manual or providing further guidance on how to operate and maintain your Lifecore R900 exercise machine.

Treadmill Norditrack x32i belt not running even though the screen shows that it is running. Anyone have a solution?

It sounds like there might be a problem with the belt or the motor. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the belt tension and make sure it is properly adjusted. If the belt is too loose, it may slip on the deck and cause the treadmill to stop.
  2. Check the belt and deck for any visible damage. If the belt is damaged or the deck is worn, it may cause the treadmill to stop.
  3. Make sure that the motor and controller are properly connected and functioning correctly. You may want to check the wiring and make sure there are no loose or damaged connections.
  4. If you have checked all of these things and the treadmill is still not working properly, it is possible that the motor or controller is malfunctioning. In this case, you may need to have the treadmill serviced by a professional.

Lifecore R100 rowing machine display not working

If the display on your Lifecore R100 rowing machine is fully on but not responding to any selections, it may be a sign of a software or hardware issue. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the power source: Make sure the rowing machine is properly plugged into a working outlet. If it is, unplug it and plug it back in to see if that resets the display.
  2. Reset the machine: Try resetting the rowing machine to its factory settings. Look for a reset button on the console or in the user manual. Press and hold the button for a few seconds until the display turns off, then release the button and turn the machine back on.
  3. Check the connections: Make sure all cables and connections are secure and not damaged. If you find any damaged cables or connections, replace them.
  4. Contact customer support: If none of the above steps work, contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to walk you through additional troubleshooting steps or send a technician to repair the machine.

Golds gym treadmill 420 belt will not move but panel works and elevated.

hi Mary.
If you flip on the switch, set the speed and nothing happens, your treadmill is an unhappy camper. Troubleshooting involves putting on your inspector hat and taking a tour of the belt. You may have to proceed to the console if that doesn't solve the matter. Belt Tension If the belt is too tight, it could cause enough tension that the motor can't turn the belt. This is most likely the cause of your belt not moving if you recently adjusted the belt tension due to slippage. Lift the edge of the belt. If you can't raise it at least 2 to 3 inches off the walking deck, the belt is too tight. Follow the directions in your owner's manual for loosening the belt. You will need an Allen wrench to loosen the rear roller adjustment bolts.Belt CenteringA treadmill belt can shift to the right or left over time. If it shifts enough, this may cause the belt to stop moving. Stand at the back end of your machine and inspect the belt. If it has shifted, you will need to center it by turning the rear roller adjustment bolts. These bolts adjust both the tension and the centering of the belt. Follow the instructions in your owner's manual that explain which of the two bolts you need to tighten or loosen to shift the belt back to the center.Console WiresHorizon Fitness recommends checking the console wiring if your treadmill belt doesn't move. The console wire connects to the main wire that runs down the inside of the treadmill upright to the motor board. Make sure the connection between the two wires is secure. The connectors usually snap into each other. Disconnect and reconnect the wires. Make sure the wire that runs through the upright isn't pinched or twisted.Additional Options If the troubleshooting does not get the belt running again, you may have a tight motor belt or a bad motor. You will need to remove the motor hood to access these parts of your machine. If your treadmill is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer for a professional repair. You may void the warranty if you attempt to work on the motor yourself.or read up some more at this link. Golds gym treadmill 420 belt will not move Google Search

Bladez prisma treadmill error e1 replaced lower control board and speed sensor

I will answer my own problem here, maybe it will help someone else. After BH North America customer service told me I needed a new lower control board and I had to spend $100+, it wasn't the board. Then they said it was the speed sensor, they sent that out for free, that wasn't it. Now, they would not respond to me. So, we went off the troubleshooting guide saying it was a connection problem between the upper and lower board. My husband opened up the "leg" of the treadmill and checked the connections (cutting the tie cords that hold the wires tightly in place, maybe too tightly and that's what caused them to come unplugged) and now the belt runs! So, BH got another 100 dollars of my money, on top of the original $800 and solved nothing and then ignored my emails. Horrible customer service and when this one finally bites the dust, I will never purchase a machine from them again. P.S. This treadmill is only approx. 2 yrs old.

Life fitness treadmill display: transistor error-won't run

This error shows up if motor controller detects a failed part. This isn’t a reset-able error. Treadmill will not allow workouts until serviced.
Solution
Main motor wires/leads could be disconnected at the start of a workout. If the motor is properly connected and in working condition then the drive transistor could have failed. Check Motor Controller.
