Hi,
The "F1" error code on the Whirlpool cabrio is quite common, and generally has to do with the control board. Replacing the control panel may resolve this issue. However, I believe Whirlpool is aware of the F1 issue with the Cabrio, and is fixing some machines for free. Please call 1-800-253-1301 for more details and see if you are eligible for a free repair.
Thank you !!
From my understanding your Frigidaire range is displaying an "F1" error code. "F1" typically means that your wall oven has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Sometimes resetting your appliance can correct this issue but in the case that it does not and you still receive that error code I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnose and repair. At that time you could be having an issue within RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) sensor probe or the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) having a professional come out would reduce the cost of unnecessary parts. Hopefully this has been helpful. -Matt
Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided your question is under an "F13" error code but you also stated that it is showing you an "F1" error. I have researched both error codes for you. "F13" usually indicates error identification, which could be an issue within your control board. "F1" typically can indicate that the range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Both codes could be corrected with a reset, which you can do by flipping the household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would recommend contacting a professional. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
