I don't know a lot about these things, but it's interesting that you think the water pressure might increase if it rains. I wonder if it hasn't rained there for a while. My water has stopped coming at all, and I haven't been able to shower for three days. I think it might be a good idea for both of us to get a well pump repair service to take a look at our wells. http://www.dcwd.org

If you did manage to run enough water to dry the well, it should only be temporary, until enough groundwater flows back to your well. This should only take maybe an hour and shouldn't depend on frequent rain. If your well did respond to rain, your well would be quickly contaminated. However, there could be other problems. If you have the type of well where the pump is located down in the ground, and your water pressure doesn't come back soon, then you have a problem in that the pump is not working. If you have a "shallow well" type of pump, where the pump is located above ground (in your basement, or under the house) then the pump may have lost it's prime. A shallow-well pump needs the pump to be full of water before it can pump the water from the well.

You need better control the Well Pump
Install an advance digital controller on the Pump motor and do better monitoring.
Some modern Digital controllers are very sophisticated and provide a Dry-Well recovery automatically, by constant monitoring a water level and do not dry your well intentionally.

Loosing water from the over flow tank only

WAIT TILL THE ENGINE HAS COOLED DOWN AND CHECK THE LEVEL IN THE RADIATOR, IF THE LEVEL IS LOW, YOU MAY HAVE A HEAD GASKET GONE,THE OVERFLOW IS DESIGNED TO ALOW THE WATER OUT WHEN IT EXPANDS THIS COULD BE DUE TO WATERPUMP FAILURE, RADIATOR CAP NOT SEALING, OR PRESSURE FROM WITHIN THE CYLINDER GETTING INTO THE WATER COOLING SYSTEM BY THE MEANS OF A FAILED HEAD GASKET OR OTHER PROBLEMS INC CRACK IN WATER JACKET, WARPED HEAD, OR SIMPLY YOU COULD HAVE TO MUCH WATER IN THE SYSTEM,

Pressure valve is leaking water... read the posting dec 6 2009 by heatman 101, but do not have ideas on how to just simply stop water inflow to the boiler (no manual)

Hello,I hope you plan to change it.The boiler feed valve could be hard to locate as each installation in unique.Best to shut off HOUSE main and wait till boiler pressure drops and leak stops. Then it will be safe to work on.

Leaks water out of the back

Well, I am no plumber but I would think that 108 psi is a bit high for your plumbing system. I have this pump installed in my house and have the max pressure set at 50 with a PRV on the outlet side of the pump.

Trouble light bilnks 3 times pause and then repeats

You have a 16 error code, abnormal output temperature. I recommend performing a descale to remove hard water deposits in the heat exchanger. This should resolve your issue.

Water inside car

I had a similar leak problem with a Bonneville. We had to dry the car out thouroughly , and went to a self car wash to direct water pressure at seams and gaskets to see where fluid entered vehicle. You might have to remove some interior parts....door panel...back seat....you need to verify how much gets wet....ie....just the floor?. Ours was a bad gasket/ seal on the firewall ....water was dripping on the ECM. took a whole day of waiting after washing....then drips would start on the vehicle interior.
Hope that helps ....Good Luck !
