View & delete call history
You can see a list of calls you've made, answered, or missed. And you can delete calls from that list. Note: Some of these steps work only on Android 6.0 and up. Learn how to check your Android version.
See your call history
Open your device's Phone app .
Tap Recents .
You'll see one or more of these icons next to each call in your list:
transfer (under screen when on a call) is for internal transfer.
you need the external transfer feature from your phone company,
then a "link" key programmed on your phone. link is also feature 71.
when on a call you hit link or feature 71, then dial the cell or have
speed dial buttons for them,.
It sounds like both phones are set to ring on incoming calls and both phones are set to call forward to voice mail box with the same amount of rings . you should turn off the ringing for both phones that way it will not jump between the to mail boxes . now when a call is trans it will go to the box .
