NO SIGNAL EVER

You should probably wait for upto 48 hours for the amount of minutes to update. But if you have waited 48 hours, then just go to the service providers office. If you dont know the way, then just use google maps.

If the sim is new , DONT wait jus siqn in forqet abt the 48 hrs.

Menu on it's own doesn't work - it will take you to the "emergency call" screen. You need to press "menu" + "L" to bypass the activation screen.

Press "menu" (the key with the 3 lines) and "L" - this will bypass the activation screen. You will need to do this every time you turn the phone on, though.

Have you tried calling tmobile and getting them to check that the sidekick activation pack is on. I had this problem although, i didnt try calling the phone its the best thing to do to call them. i waited 24 hours and they checked and the shop had not put the service pack on. the lady helped and activated it, it was all working within a few minutes. Hope i helped!
