The Neptune can sometimes be reset. God knows the repairman for Maytag really needs to get back to work, yet to reset the cpu on your washer/dryer just unplug the unit for 60 seconds. I hope this helps you out.

you may need to put some anti vibration shock pads under the legs or some two sided tape to put on the feet to help secure it to the floor it may be slipping on the new floor surface

only the washer has a main bearing. the dryer only has bearings in the motor and still would not cost 1,000 to fix. did you door issue get fixed? Joe

Maytag Appliances are ****!! Don't buy Maytag. Spent $2500.00 in 2005 on Maytag Neptune washer and dryer. They have been nothing but trouble. Washer has water running in tub constantly. Recall on ground and recall on footing. Dryer making loud noise when drying clothes.The Maytag man is dead and gone.

Mine had a fried control board. $150.00 for the part, did the work myself. Will not be putting any more money into these Matag Neptune pieces of junk after this. Will buy another brand of washer and dryer.

I have a maytag neptune front loader (MAH8700AWW) unless I turn the water off @ the faucet the water continues to run into the washer after the load is done .How can I fix this.
