Unplug the unit or shut off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes. Plug the unit back in or turn on the circuit breaker. Set the clock and gently try moving the door lock lever (is so equipped) or opening the door.
Set the self-clean cycle again and only allow it to work for 15 minutes. Cancel the self-clean cycle and allow the oven to cool. Gently try moving the door lock lever (is so equipped) or opening the door.
this is the door open light indicator on your instrument panel correct? it thinks the door is open. do interior courtesy lights work? i.e. turn on off when opening doors? check for "normally open" circuit faults in the door switches

you have a bad door switch, making the car think a door is still open causing the doors not to lock, the lights to stay on and no horn chirp,,,most likely the driver door, unplug the switch and see if all goes back to normal,if not try the right front door....
you most likely have a bad door ajar switch- the door panel has to be removed to access it, its on the door latch- you can unplug them this will take care of the batt drain prob.as for the locks it may be a switch problem- most ford vehicles will not let you lock the vehicle from the driver's door when it's open to prevent locking the keys in.
