Following actions must help you..

1. Click on the "Start" button, click on "All Programs" and then go into "Accessories."
2. Right-click on the "Command Prompt" program and select "Run as administrator."
3. Type "cd directory_path_to_zip" where "directory_path_to_zip" is the fully qualified path to the corrupted zip file, such as C:\Windows\" if your ZIP file is located in the Windows directory on your computer.
4. Press the "Enter" key and then type "c:\windows\system32\wzzip -yf corrupt_zip.zip" where "corrupt_zip.zip" is the name of the ZIP file you want to try and recover.
5. Press the "Enter" key and Windows attempts to fix the corrupt ZIP file. If this process is successful, a new ZIP file is created in the
directory alongside the corrupt zip file with the same name as the
corrupt zip file, only with the suffix "FIXED" on the end.

Hey, I'm going to assume you are running Windows, so let me provide an easier solution rather than creating a password for a folder.

Instead, you can create a ZIP file which contains all the "private things" you want to store, then put a password on the zip file.

- Download WinZIP: http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm
- Install it by double-clicking on the file you downloaded
- Next, select all the private things you want to protect, right click on them and select "Add to Winzip".
- On the dialogue that will appear, you can add a password to your zip file, and then hit create.

That's it!

The file you created is called a "zip" file, and it contains all the private files you want to store. You can drag any new file you want to add on your zip file, and it will be added inside it (after you type your password). You can also take your zip file with you wherever you want!

It's a much easier solution that creating a password for a folder.

Click on this link. The driver will pop-up on your screen. Download the driver (click save). This is a zip file.

You'll need to unzip it.
To unzip the file, first - right click on your desktop and choose, New' then choose, 'Folder'. Name the folder, Web Cam Drivers.'

Next, right click on the file you just downloaded and click, 'Extract'. (if you have a zip program.) then locate the folder you just created named, 'Web Cam Drivers' and click OK.

The zip files will be extracted to this folder. Next, find the file with the .exe extension (or labeled run) and click on it to install the drivers. (Note: after downloading the drivers, you may need to restart your computer.

After restart, locate the web cam icon: Start > All Programs (then look for your web cam program and click on it.) That should get you going. Just follow the on screen instructions after that.

Files on the MP610 could be in the wrong format or corrupt. For the correct format look in the manual on page 40:

For the update look under Downloads and select the zip file MP610_firmware_update.zip:
1. Right click "...update.zip"
2. Save Target As... to save the file to a location on your computer
3. Unzip the zip file: an instruction for how to update the LCD firmware
is included in a pdf file.

Black screen in Veo Digital Studio or Yahoo! Messenger.

Veo Digital Studio:

Start the Veo Digital Studio and then click on the "Take a Snapshot" button. The camera light should turn on.

Click the "Settings" button and then click the "Advanced Settings" button.

On the Video Quality screen, click the "Defaults" button to enable the default settings for the camera.

Click "OK" and then "OK" again. You should now see the live video on your screen.

If you still see a black image on the screen, try disabling the overlay feature to see if this resolves the issue:

Unplug the camera from the computer.

Start the Veo Digital Studio and then click on the "Take a Snapshot" button.

The Veo Digital Studio will indicate "Digital Video PC Camera is not connected to this computer." Click "OK" to this message.

Click the "Quick Fix" button and then check in the "Disable Overlay" checkbox. Click "Fix it" and then close out of the Veo Digital Studio.

Plug your camera back into the computer and then try the Veo Digital Studio again.

Yahoo! Messenger:

Make sure that your camera works and you can see yourself by following the steps above for the Veo Digital Studio.

Close the Veo Digital Studio and then start Yahoo! Messenger.

In Yahoo! Messenger, click on Tools->Start My Webcam.

If you see a black screen, in the My Webcam window, click on File->Preferences.
On the left side of the Prefences window, select Webcam.
Click on the "Camera Source" button. In the Camera Source drop down menu, select the Veo PC Camera or Veo Web Camera and then click OK.

Click on the "Camera Settings" button and then click the "Defaults" button.

Click "OK" and then "OK" again to close the Properties window.
