I have a golflogix which eventually worked ok with replacement and technical support. For the last year I have not been able to search for new courses. I've only been able to download courses I've previously downloaded to my computer. When I try to search for a new course I'm informed that firewall is blocking. I am further informed that it is not their problem and to forward all questions to my provider. I have disconnecting the firewall of my Norton 360 Primier Edition but it still reads "blocked by firewall". My internet provider is through Comcast. Golflogix doesn't want to hear from me. It seems that I can't be the only person with this problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Chris.
