I have a GR-D850U model JVC and its giving a message Unit in safeguard mode. How can I have this fixed ?

I think there is a problem in your database. My message clearly states: JVC GR-DF420E !

Further I was offered free assistance and now I'll have to pay?

On the camcorder problem: It seems to be a well known problem and it costs more to solve this than to buy a new one!

What error message appears,it should say E0..

Unit stuck in safeguard mode

Put it on fire and buy some good camcoder<br />

Defective mechanism, 03 error states that a stucked mechanism is present. camcorder are smart it can detects error and shuts down itself for safety. earlier models dominoes the defect if the user is not quick enough to react when something goes wrong with the camera.
