Use a wedge. Place the thin end between the tire and rim. Then push the tire off using the wedge and your other hand, work your way around the circumference of the tire until it is off. Use the same process to put the new tire on. But this time you will push the tire on the rim.
This is a pic of the ideal tool you should use:

Hannah Montana razor scooter says charged but wont go whats wrong

I haven't used my razor scooter in years. I just bought a charger and it seem like it is charging but it keep saying it is on low. I twisted the gas thing and it is making a noise like it want to go. But I am not sure I have charge it for 12 hours now. Do I need a battery or is it just taking it time to charge.

How do you operate Bella mod

there is an on/off switch right below the seat next to where you plug in the charger, then you have to twist the right hand grip

Change rear inner tube

mcdevito75 here, Generally the tire wold have to come off the axle, this requires tools, then the inner tube would need to be tested for leaks in a tub of water. BEST BET, let a tire repair shop in your area do the job.

Rear tire popped...we got new rear tire...installed new tire...everything is hooked up right but the chain tensioner...what is the proper way to have it, positioned, etc...so the chain is properly taught...

For every foot of space between sprockets, there should be slack equal to 1/2 the height if a chain link.
If the chain link is 1/2" high and the sprockets are 2 feet apart, there should be 1/2" of total slack. Measuring BOTH upward and downward into the whole number.
