Hello,
I bought this acer M5100 about 2 months ago, so far everything working fine except for one thing; when i am playing games every 15 minutes (averagely taken) the PC starts buzzing, i hear a click, and at that point the game holds for 5 seconds, and then i'm fine again.
This also occured during me being @ desktop but this has not happened too much lately anymore.
I have checked the temperatures but the highest i got during gaming was 60 degrees celsius on my core wich should be fine imo.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Victor

well that just sounds like u may run out of capacity to keep downloading. In my opinion I would delete every game that I dont play anymore, to keep downloading more. So maybe that could be the problem. Ah and remember u need to be the administrator of ur account's computer to download stuff, maybe someone (like sister or brother) changed it!!??? I hope this could help a little bit! But I'll look for info!

upgrade the video..if its "on board" which is to say it is integrated onto the man board, you might still be able to purchase an expansion video card if you have the available slot for it. Be aware there are different kinds of slots(and corresponding cards)AGP,PCI,PCI-e so be sure you get the right one

thats usually a software problem, that happens when the CPU gets overloaded and there's still data input coming in! Try formatting the disk and if the beeping sound persists, open the case and look for bad connection between the main componentsand the motherboard
SOURCE: Acer Desktop is Freezing up During Video or game play
it also depend on what video card did u purchased, its specification and also its compatibility with games you should moreover buy a better video card if you are an extreme gamer and also before you play games open task manager and then open processes and end all such processes that are not needed
SOURCE: My Acer Aspire M5641 freezes
The video hardware is heating up and triggering a thermal sensor, or it's failing due to excessive heat. You might try running air conditioning when you want to play the game that freezes the computer.
