    they were not willing to help with my tv I paid over 3k for. Thank you jimmi guru I took it apart, replaced the caps($1.90) each. Works like a champ. Never buy a samsung again.

    Also, phoned samsung about this issue of the tv turning on and off then finally after 5 minutes it turns on. We have been letting this problem go for over almost five months. I have tried over and over to change the cables around on the back of the tv and disconnect the cable but still no luck. Only on a rare occasion it will turn on immediately. So I called samsung and there is a compacitor problem and will fix it for free. model LN-T4661F.

Digihome is not a brand unto itself. It is manufactured by a Foreign Country (I believe it's in Turkey) by the name of Tesco. Very large territories for sales in Europe of the Digihome label and a half dozen others. You will probably have to find a TV shop that will look at it for you as they have no service nor even their own. website.

tv's without on switches has the same problem consider the signal to your tv from the remote and please keep the life span of your tv by switching it off completely.

try loading the computer in safe mode.. you might have gotten hit with a trojan that will constantly restart your comptuer(it changed your Autoexec.bat.

Hi there,
I did manage to solve the problem in the end.  As it seemed to be a communication problem, I restarted my Mac (as opposed to switching off the printer and on again) and it worked!!
Might need you some time in the future though....

Tv switching off on its own without any one tourching it
I have slightly different problem. The TV "switched" off suddenly when I changed the channels too many times. Will need to turn off the main switch power off for a while before the TV can be turned on again. A very irritating and mysterious problem. Wondering if there is any fix to this problem?

I have a weird problem with my Pionreer DVR-420HS DVD Player. Whenever I'm watching a DVD or a programme recorded on the hard disk for some reason it switches back to the tv yet the dvd is still playing. ...
If you have connected the DVD to the TV with a scart lead, the lead could be slightly loose. In this case push all the scart leads in firmly.

Pin 8 of the lead carries a switching signal. When the DVD is powered on it tells the TV to switch to that input. If the switching signal is lost the TV will switch back.

Sharp TV switches to "input 2"
Mine does the exact same thing. I've had it for a few years no, and it just started doing this. It's so annoying. I don't think the weather has anything to do with it, though. It started switching itself just every once in a while, not it is almost every time I turn it on. Sometimes it takes an hour or so to start doing this, other times it's right away. Help!!
