User32.dll errors come from issues inside Windows that involve the User32.dll file. This file contains important information regarding graphics details for objects such as dialog boxes. When there is an issue with the file, there will be problems when using other programs that use dialog boxes and other pop-up windows. Normally, a quick Windows update will solve all errors and problems.
Click the "Start" button and then "Run." This will open the "Run" window. Type in "wupdmgr". This will open Windows Update. It will now scan the computer to detect any necessary updates that are available from Microsoft. Turn on automatic updates by clicking "Start" again, followed by "All Programs," then "Windows Update." Select "Change Settings"; then select "Include recommended updates when downloading, installing, or notifying me about updates." Click "OK" and everything will be set. Windows will download the necessary update and install it to correct the User32.dll errors Hope this helps.
It seems this dll files is set to load at start up and would actually seem a virus of some sort, nevertheless, this file is not
necessary and should be removed from the system and is already removed,
all you need to do is disable this file to load at start up follow these
steps:
Start>>>Run>>type msconfig>>go to the start up
tab and look for the entry that is loading the dll file on
startup>>uncheck the entry click apply then click close, restart
the pc and the error message should not pop-up anymore.
Two possible solutions. Roll back system with System Restore. Win 7 - Start > Search type System Restore. XP - Is Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Restore. Now choose a date prior to problem. You may have to try a few dates.
Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. In Startup tab, uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but when only you initiate.
Rundll.exe files are systems process directly related to your computer's Windows Registry
All Dll files are a part of vast library that contains code and data
that is shared by many programs. This helps to produce speed and memory
efficiency in your operating system by reusing the same code or file to
run many functions by various programs. An error occurs when program
aren't allowed to access this code.
Now, if you able to access the XP in safe mode, You could go to :-
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Restore.
Select a restore point and it's all done.
Unless, the only User Fixable option is to Repair the Windows. Put the XP disk in tray and run Repair. Once repaired, it would fix the problem.
The first thing you must do is to identify the specific rundll process. This is not a difficult task; there is a vast online process library in which you can evaluate the validity of the process that is running. When the error dialog box opens make not of the process name. For example if the dialog pops up and shows you the dll error:
Error loading C:WINDOWS\ system32\ usvdgpo.dll Visit www.processlibrary.com. Copy and Paste the dll or simply type it into the search box. The results will indicate that the program is a part of trojan spyware.
STEP 2: STOP THE PROCESS
Often you can locate the Run Dll in the exe services. You can open up your services configuration by following instructions below: 1. Open your Start menu. 2. Click Run 3. In the command screen type:services.msc 4. This will bring up the Services Management window. If you drag the mouse to one of the services. It will give you a detailed explanation of the service in question. By right clicking the individual service. 5.Stop the "dll"service immediately. STEP 3: LOCATE AND DELETE
You will have to open your Windows Registry File System. This is an extremely delicate process. You may want to use a good registry cleanerThis will often fix the dll error in question, eliminate other errors and also speed up your computer. The registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ RUN
This action will help you speed up your applications load times considerable. Here is how:
1. Click Start 2. Click Run 3. Type regedit 4. Find this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ RUN
5. In the right section click:"rusvdgpo" = "%System%undll32.exe %System%usvdgpo.dll, [RANDOM LETTERS]" 6. Delete the value and Restart.
Hi colewilfred, this is very common for MyWebSearch program. Its a simple fix.
Right click once on the start button, (A pop-up window will open), slide up to Explorer & left click on it once. Right click once on the C:\ drive & left click Search from the list. In the search top window type the name of the file: m3plugin.dll Click search. Windows will find the file. Right click once on the file m3plugin.dll listed in the right hand side of the search window & left click Copy from the list. Windows Explorer is still opened. Scroll down to the folder, Program Files & left click the plus sign next to it. Program Files will open & you'll see all kinds of folders. Find the Mywebsearch folder & open it. Find the folder 1.bin, Right click once on that folder & left click past from the list. Close all opened windows & restart the system.
Good luck!
