I am having problem with my CMOS Setting, it doesn't retain any setting and I have to reset the date and time everytime I boot my system. I've changed the CMOS battery but the problem still persit. I recently flashed my BIOS to see if it will help, with no result, however I was able to bypass the BIOSTAR page and now I have a warning on the start-up page and i don't know what to do. The message read thus:
CMOS checksum error- Defaults loaded
Warning! CPU has been changed or CPU Ratio changed fail.
Please re-enter CPU settings in the CMOS setup and remember to save before quit!
Its due to your default CMOS setup does not match with your CPU configuration especially with CPU speed.
Good Luck
