If you insert the vr5220 into the computer USB port, it will reinstall the RCA Digital Voice Manager for you. If it does not, you can search on VR5220 for a download location http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/audio/voicerecorders/?sku=VR5220

at the bottom of the page is a Download tab which has the DVM, download and do the reinstall
