Pls get in touch with your service provider. Any individual will not be able to help you as its only tracked by the service provide and you can get it by sharing your personal details to them so that they can verify and share the code with you.

A PUK code is a Pin Unlock Key code. A PUK code is required to unlock a SIM. Please contact your service provider for PUK code because only they can provide you a PUK code.

It means that the usual PIN code used to unlock the phone has been entered incorrectly too many times. To get around this you must ask the network provider for a PUK code which unblocks the SIM and allows the user to set a new PIN code.

On most phones, the PIN only applies to the SIM, not the phone, so if you fit another SIM card you can continue to use the phone but will have a new phone number.

The PUK & PIN codes are Security Codes that are on the SIM card. PIN( Personal Identification Number ) PUK ( Pin Unlock Key). when the PIN code in entred wrong the SIM automatically Blocks the PIN. to unlock the PIN you need to Enter the PUK. but if you enter the PUK wrong the Entire SIM is Locked.

The PIN Code & the PUK codes are Only Known by your Network Provider. you have to get in touch with them to get the codes. how ever if you have PUK blocked you will have to get a replacement SIM

One way is by going to your AT&T and tell them to unlock your LG Neon and when they do ask them if they can reset it so you wont have any more problems with the PUK code.

Your PUK code is blocked...U must have entered wrong PUK thrice...To unlock cal ur service provider a get a new PUK code..cal to ur service provider from some other phone...dey will ask ur sim no...

Try turn your phone on, it will ask for PIN, or PUK if the PIN is blocked.
If it doesn't ask for PIN, then your sim card is not blocked.

it will ask for the PUK code when you try inserting the wrong pin
for 3 times ...

so to get the PUK code follow these steps:
1. call to your network provider s customer care from some of your friends number of the same network ...
tell your number & ask them for the PUK code..
2. they may ask you the details of sim like in whose name it is etc..
answer that ...
3. after that they will provide you the PUK code note it down
4. enter the noted PUK number to your cell ...
5. your sim will get unlocked ....

caution: if you try inserting the wrong PUK codes for more than 5 or 10 times it will completely block the sim after that you must contact the network provider s shoppe only to get it unlocked ..

you didnt completed your question what code it asks?
is it pin code or security code or unlock code

1)if it is pin code means it is your sim card s code this will get blocked after three attempts then you must contact your network operator s customer care to ask the puk code and then if you enter puk code that s all it will work...

2)if it is security code or unlock code then you try the default codes 12345 & 0000 respectively... or if not insert howmuch ever possible zeros(0)...

if there is no improvement means you just ask the handset owner who has set the code...
if it is not possible then take your cell to technician for flashing(means installing near software)
technician will be using one special DKU series cable which connects the pc & while purchasing it they will provide one software which will be having the option like to reset the code,flashing etc....
so i suggest you to take your cell to technician
