If attempting to purchase the battery, please call a local watch store first (might be within a local mall). And then you can check websites like Amazon and ebay to attempt to find the battery for your watch.

the battery of your watch had be replaced by new one. even if it's new but it probably sat from it's showcases for a long time, before it had purchase. bring it to the watch service center for battery replacement. i hope i had been helped you.

If your watch is a "quartz" type and you have had it for some time (a year +?), then it seems likely that the battery has expired.

If it is still within the warranty period (usually a year), then it would be unusual for the battery to have died. Contact your local service agent to discuss it if this is the case.

Batteries are best replaced by an authorised dealer, it will cost more but this will ensure that that any water resistance is retained. Replacing the battery yourself can be more difficult that it appears so you are advised to go to a service agent.

Go to the Wenger web site (wenger.com).

Select "watches"

At the bottom of the page there are a number of tabs, select "services".

On the right hand side of the screen are two options below the search box, select "booklets"

Opposite "instruction's booklet" there is a small red tab, select this and the instruction booklet for all Wenger watches will appear.
