Take Watch to Watch shop for them to fit new battery .. As you don't have original battery in your watch, you would not what type to buy if you wanted to fit it yourself.
You should be able to find a nice wristband for your watch on ebay. If you want to replace with the original you might need to contact Guess directly, however ebay will have more then a few guess wristbands.
Cartier are known for not letting the spare parts become available .A generic crown can be fitted by a good watchmaker so it will work fine and look ok but wont be original.To get the original parts you will need to use a Cartier stockist.

Same place where you bought the watch, mate, same place where you bought the watch. Surely the watch is a Versage but the wrist band can be any band you can find at any good watchmaker of jeweller. ;)
i have repaired watches like this before. I advised u to go to www.the watchery.com and www.lucienpiccardusa.com or www.ebay.com. there u can buy and choose branded lucien piccard watch band.let me know if u see what u wanted...
