take out the internal cmos battery for a while. or there are jumpers close to it or by memory u can short. failing that but up from cd if poss and use cmos reset software

If you dont know the system password for your System, forgotten it, or its not accepting it again, then you might have to reset your CMOS.
Which means you will have to unscrew your system, remove all cables supplying power to the board, locate the CMOS battery and remove it for a few seconds, then replace it and screw your system back.
This will reset your system's CMOS back to its Factory default settings.
(If you cant unscrew your PC yourself, you can just get a good technician to do it for you instead.)

well u can always take out the cmos battery for 10 min to reset passwords ,if not download a cmos password reset programs

Reset BIOS password, it can be done in two ways

Manual
Open the cover under laptop, remove the CMOS battery about 7 seconds, then plug it back. Turn on laptop, BIOS password will be lost. Perform setting date, time, etc.

Online (conditions: the laptop can desktop access)
Toshiba gives services, online flash BIOS. Download and install software ACPI Flash BIOS, according to model of laptop.
Example: Toshiba Satellite L305-SP6983R, software version: ACPI Flash BIOS version 2.20 for Satellite/Satellite Pro L300/L305/L350/L355

If it is a BIOS password and you didnt put it there then the only way I know of to get rid of it is to reset the pass word by removing the CMOS battery under the cover

You can over ride the password by reseting the CMOS. To do this you need disconnect the computer from the mains and locate the CMOS reset pins (these are 3 small pins that have a plastic jumper over 2 of the pins, you should also see the word CMOS printed on the board around the pins). Once you have located this you need to slide the jumper off pins 1 and 2, then put the jumper on pins 2 and 3, wait around 10 seconds and then replace the jumper to its original position. Plug the computer back in, boot up and voila the password is removed!

if you know the bios pass word go into bios hitting del upon start up then on pass word enter the old pass word then make the new one empty click save if you dont know the pass word then the back up battery on the mother board will need to be removed for several hrs

YOu can reset bios password with 2 method.
(1) open back cover of laptop then find motherbord .Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 15 minutes then again put it in it's position .then it not ask for password.
(2)You can clear password with jumper settings find jumper on motherbord named clear cmos it has 3 pin .1-2-3
Put jumper in 2-3 position then again put it in 1-2 position then check .

You can clear bios with factory defaults reset.
For that open back cover of your laptop.
Then pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all bios settings are defaults.
Then put again cmos cell in it's position then it not ask password.
