Letters show up on the screen like someone is typing random letters numbers and punctuation. How can I fix this?

go to settings , keyboards and turn off all of the corections if that dont wotk you have prob. with the touch or some watter damage

Letters in lower and upper case, numbers and some punction marks (not all).

The Security code is a code that is generated with random numbers and letters to prevent phishing on your account. There should be a box with random numbers and letters next to the area where you type it in. Type it in as you see it and you will be able to continue.

If you want to enter alphanumeric characters, when setting it up, choose 'Strong alphanumeric', under the 'Password type' dropdown menu. The password must be at least 7 characters long, and contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and punctuation.

When creating a new password, be sure that it is at least 6 characters in length and that you use a complex string of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks. If the password you entered is not strong enough, you may want to try mixing uppercase and lowercase letters or making your password longer.

Ideally, the password you select should be easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to figure out. For added security, your Facebook password should also be different than other passwords that you use on the internet.

With my IBM Thinkpad, I had to hold Shift+ScrLk to turn off Number Lock.
