I cannot save a calendar as a pdf file. I get the message " printer not activated, error code 30" followed by "could not start print job" and then "an error occurred while printing". My printer works fine for all other applications so I do not believe it is the problem. Any suggestions? I use an HP PC running Windows XP version 2002 Professional, Service Pack 3. 2.21 GHz, 896 MB RAM. The printer is an HP 8150.
When your want to save your file as .pdf extension, you have to select a "virtual printer" from your "Printers & Faxes" when you install the software you are using to save as pdf file.
If you select your physical printer install on your PC, the error message you mention will appear.
