Take out the side grills, and then remove the 4 screws (torax) remove the rubber covers (4) 4 on the handle, and also remove the screws...two shell parts come apart, and voila, there is the swich...good luck

motor will hum but no blade turn if bottom seal worn and material leaks into shaft. Rekove drive head and try turning shaft if nio go dissasemble entire unit ,clean and service, replace seals
